About This Vineyard
Gravner ferments his organic wines on the skins in terra cotta amphorae sealed with beeswax, before aging them in a cask. The wines are then bottled without fining or filtration. This ancient method, which dates back to the Roman republic, produces organic wines with a unique character. Purity, finesse, honesty are words that spring to mind, as well as impeccable texture.
