About This Vineyard
Since the inaugural vintage in 1989, the signature wine VIADER Proprietary Red Blend has featured Cabernet Sauvignon with a significant component of Cabernet Franc. ‘V’ is an exclusive Petit Verdot blend. Our estate VIADER Syrah is clonal blend of Barossa and Hermitage clones of Syrah.
Starting in 2003, the DARE by Viader line focuses on single varieties from select vineyards in the Napa Valley blended with our estate fruit and includes DARE Cabernet Sauvignon, DARE Cabernet Franc, DARE Tempranillo, and a very limited amount of Cabernet-based dry DARE Rose.
