About This Vineyard
We direct our attention especially to the vitality of our soils, the great variety and organic cultivation of our vineyards. The preservation and individuality of the terroir together with intensive management of our vines are the key elements to great wines. Only the best, ripe and healthy grapes can produce a great wine. In the cellar we can only nurture the potential but we cannot create it. All foliage work, yield reduction and most especially harvesting is done by hand. All activities in the cellar are aimed at maintaining the fruity taste of the grapes in its purest form. Red wines are matured in oak barrels.
