Sweet quince and beeswaxy pears dominate in this offering from Randall Grahm, non-conformist winemaker in CA. Created from ripe grenache blanc and rousanne dried on mats paille style. Acidity is balanced and the texture is waxy, rich and honeyed with an apricot/hazelnut finish. No Botrytis this vintage, just clean honeycomb goodness.
