Wine Tasting Notes The Organic Sauvignon Blanc shows a clear pale straw and offers aromas of lime, guava and a hint of fig. The flavors are a bright, mouth filling medley of ruby grapefruit, lemon lime and tropical notes of guava, papaya, and passion fruit. The wine lingers and would pair well with various cheeses, ceviche, sushi, and pastas Alfredo or primavera.

  A Crisp and bright, medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc with a nice dry finish. On the nose I got vanilla, some melon, flowers and lemon. It paired rather nicely with my wife's turkey chili.

">  Refreshing with tropical tutti fruit, a little soapy, and it is fairly dry. Acidic enough to cut through food and cleanse the palate.
