About This Vineyard
The organic vineyard Cascina La Pertica is located in the municipality of Polpenazze. The area has always been considered the heart of wine production in Brescia. In this environment there are the most suitable conditions for the vines to express their full potential, producing grapes that contain the features and the scents of land overlooking the lake. Thanks to Lake Garda, which is close by, the climate can be considered Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot summers, but ventilated. The ancient tradition of wine-growing in the area has been further refined at Cascina through the application of Biodynamics which has, over the years, led to a significant improvement of their vineyards.
