About This Vineyard
Our goal was to bring back to life a traditional micro wine estate. At the end of 1999, the ruins of the vineyard hut were the only remains of the old domaine we had purchased. After having been neglected for decades, we have discovered a truly outstanding soil. In fact, a pedological study confirmed the excellent choice made by the former winegrowers. It is on this exceptional land that we have planted our organic cabernet sauvignon estate. We also wished to explore and rehabilitate traditional vine culture and vinification techniques. Organic farming and the elaboration of ‘natural’ wines logically corresponded to our project.
