About This Vineyard
The Eblin-Fuchs have been rooted in Zellenberg for seven centuries, in this hilltop village overlooking the valley leading to Riquewihr. The vineyard has adopted biodynamics, raising its organic wine on the lees without sulphite. Yellow gold with brilliant reflections, the Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes offers an expressive nose and complex jammy notes, roasted, spicy, a touch of mint. A rich and powerful palate brought on wide and long with exotic and candied flavors.
