About This Vineyard
Andreas Huber is the cellar master of Pacherhof’s vineyard. This estate has been family property since 1142 and therefore has a long family history. Andreas happily grows six types of grape for white wine in his vineyard including Gewurztraminer and Riesling. Huber thinks that it is best to retain the characteristics of the vine and the soil in his wines and to tamper with them as little as possible. Currently, he is converting the vineyard to organic cultivation.
