About This Vineyard
Nestled in the gently rolling foothills of the southern Black Forest our organic vineyards are located in a large garden of paradise. The earth is fertile sandy loam with mineral red sandstone in the subsurface. Natural nutrition, and living earth gives the wine a wonderful flavor intensity. Our vineyard is farmed using biodynamics and cares for and promotes the health of the vines using herbal and mineral preparations in homeopathic quantities. This natural energy is reflected in particularly characterful organic wine.
