Excellent pale straw, with a touch of green. Bouquet is attractive combination of cut grass, lime and white flower. Palate is very focused. The mineral characters blend perfectly with the lovely lemon flavours that are a feature of high quality Semillon and which, in turn, are backed by very good acidity. The palate is integrated and has great length. Try wit oysters, fish and scallops
